We use international Global post and Global DHL for order pick up and tracking. The final delivery step is done by local express company or your normal national service.Some countries use the following methods of shipment:

3)For Australia,Ship by Fastway.
4)For other country ,will be shipped by International Post.
We also provide DHL express 3-4 business days delivery, which only needs to pay some fees.
Standard international post shipping takes about 8-10 business days depending on the delivery location. If you choose fast shipping by DHL takes 3-4 days. All delivery dates provided by the postal service are estimates not guarantees.
Free shipping by international post, you can still choose to expedite your order if you wish at an additional cost. If you’d like to see a list of shipping methods enter your address before making your purchase.
Duties and taxes (also known as VAT) are a tax that is implemented by the country of the recipient. Some (but not all) countries put a charge on any purchases imported from the China. Unfortunately, we have no control over where these taxes are implemented nor the costs of retrieving your package. etmaxter is not responsible for paying taxes that are implemented by other countries.

As soon as your returned item gets to us we'll issue your refund. Please include your full name or order number somewhere in or on the packaging for quick refund processing.
Once your refund has been processed (and you've received an email confirmation) it can take up to 10 business days for your funds to return to your account. How fast the refund shows up depends on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks, reach out to us to make sure it's been processed fully or contact your bank for a status update.
Confirmation emails automatically go through right after you place order. If you don't see it, make sure of the following:
1) Your order was completed (check your bank account). 2) You're checking the same email inbox that you used to place the order. 3) You entered your email address correctly when placing an order. If not, we can help here. 4) It’s not in your junk folder.
We send tracking info emails within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you haven't received it yet, we might still be processing your order (which takes 1-3 business days). Otherwise, take a look in your junk folder.

No worries. Just Contact with us and submit a request with your full name, the incorrect email address used and the correct email address you'd like us to change it to.
No problem. Hit the ‘View Your Order’ button in your Order Confirmation email. You’ll be taken to an order status page where your tracking number will pop up after your product has been shipped. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking info. If you haven't received this email, your order is still being processed. Otherwise, take a look in your junk folder.

After an order is placed, we can't make any changes to the items in it. We'll absolutely refund your order if you return it to us unused. Read more about that here.
